Project

The Central IT Services Division RZF, one of the major IT organizations of the German federal governments, is a modern IT services body responsible for the IT support of more than 34,000 users in the Financial Administration of the German state of North Rhine Westphalia. The RZF believes that Model Driven Architecture as standardized by the OMG has the potential to dramatically reduce the time-to-market of new applications and can resolve the EAI problem at the root. RZF chose ArcStyler because this development platform enables the implementation of highly complex applications in EJB/J2EE environments.

The objective of the RZF project is the comprehensive IT management and support of all training and education facilities of the Financial Administration in the state of North Rhine Westphalia. The first RZF projects are scheduled for release in fall 2002.
